The EXERCISE LIBRARY is a repository that divides each area of the body into the corresponding exercises for a specific muscle or muscle group. This includes a description of how each exercise is performed and which part of the muscle it stresses.

The WORKOUTS section suggests the exercises and methods that can be used to create a routine in order to reach a particular goal.

Added to this is an AS IT HAPPENS section that gives a "minute by minute" account of how I would carry out a typical training session. By describing the techniques and procedures that I use before, during and after the workout I hope to provide an understanding of how to maximise your training time.
