This website is the accumulation of experience gathered from the practical
application of many years of weight training and adherence to the neccessary
nutritional support. It outlines the fundamentals of natural bodybuilding
and can be used as a starting point to anyone who may be interested in
any of the subjects described in isolation or overall. Described are the
three essential components - Training, Nutrition and Supplementation,
needed to acheive success. Each principle component is covered in detail
and fits together to form a dedicated longterm approach that I have followed
to build - in healthiness and longevity, make progress and maintain results.
